Yum

I just had the best desert. It was a pancake type creation made with rice, egg, and four. My host mom fried them up and then served them with a sweet red wine reduction. Apparently it´s a German dish, which makes sense considering its influence in Valdivia. I also learned today that turtle neck sweaters are called ¨beatles¨any guesses as to why? Well, the Beatles wore them all the time. That´s one new vocabulary word that´s easy to remember.
