My personal goal this weekend was to find myself an Argentine cow, which I felt pretty good about considering that there are more cows than people in this country...Joanne and I left BA Saturday around 4:30 and got back today around 9:30. Not a bad weekend getaway really. It felt like we had travelled further than we did just because the contrast between Buenos Aires and the countryside was so great. I had a very enjoyable time and thought a lot about what I want to get out of this year and the role I want travel to play in my life, but I am too tired to write them all down. I think they'll stick with me so I'm not worried about forgetting profound stuff like that :) I don't want to stay up too late because I have class tomorrow but I wanted to at least get a little something up on the blog immediately. A pile of pictures will be be coming at the end of the month when my flickr.com account resets the monthly limit of how many photos I can upload.
